Three ballets and a world premiere with the Dutch National Ballet

Cappella Amsterdam will perform Mozart’s Requiem with Het Balletorkest, conducted by Koen Kessels, one of the three works on the programme. The ballet accompanying this performance is Toer van Schayk’s Requiem, which is being revived in honour of his ninetieth birthday. Roos is singing in several performances, please check the dates mentioned below.

Cappella Amsterdam performs motets by Bach under the direction of chief conductor Daniel Reuss. The motets span a range of extremes. Singet dem Herrn and Der Geist hilft unser Schwachheit auf sparkle with rhythmic energy and virtuosity, while Komm, Jesu, komm and Jesu, meine Freude seek moments of quiet reflection.

Christmas Concert

of the Nationale Koren

The singers of the Nationale Koren dive into beloved Christmas repertoire. They sing Christmas classics such as “Jingle Bell Rock” and “White Christmas” alongside medieval songs and choral works by Britten and Poulenc. All four choirs of the Nationale Koren, formerly TivoliVredenburg’s ensemble in residence, take the stage for a celebration of familiar favorites. This is Roos’s last concert with the the Nationale Koren, so definitely a go-watch for friends and family!
